Kelly Korak, Co-Owner | Creative Director
Kelly is an award-winning creative director with almost 20 years of providing creative, strategic and effective visual communication solutions for national and international clients. After graduating in 1998 with a bachelors in Visual Communication, Kelly worked for a national publishing company in Virginia, creating heirloom quality books. In 2000 she left the southern beaches for the Rocky Mountains and moved to Denver, where she served as designer, art director and creative director for award-winning agencies. Kelly’s talent not only lies in developing outstanding design pieces for her clients, but providing a level of customer service and communication that few creative professionals possess. She has worked with notable clients such as American Heart Association, Western Union, The Children’s Hospital and CU Denver Business School. When she’s not working, Kelly enjoys hiking, playing in the ocean with her children, pod casts, indie films and being a foodie.

With mid-western roots and a fine art background, Lee’s down-to-earth practicality and extraordinary artistic talent make him a highly-effective visual communicator. After graduating in 1998 with a degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Colorado, Lee went on to serve as an in-house designer, agency art director and freelance illustrator for a variety of successful Denver companies. Lee co-founded Korak Design in 2004 and brings a passion for creating strategic commercial art that meets his own lofty standards, while exceeding client expectations. In his spare time, Lee enjoys the game of washers (three-time Colorado Washer Tournament Champ!), spending time with his three children, discovering new craft beers (IPAs!) and serving at his church and in Christian men’s ministries.
Matt Trcka | Marketing Strategy
Matt has more than 25 years of experience as a brand development expert and has held senior positions on both the agency and client side. His brand expertise is extensive and includes market research, marketing strategy, account planning, and marketing deployment. He has developed, revised and repositioned some of America’s leading brands. He’s served as Marketing Director for one of Denver’s largest hospitals and his clients include The Green Bay Packers, American Family Insurance, Delta Dental, Dean Foods, Philips Medical Imaging, Goodwill Industries and Xcel Energy. Matt’s passions include volunteering with Special Olympics, Colorado UpLift and Goodwill Denver, spending time with his dogs, cycling around Denver and riding his Harley.
